NONFLAMMABLE INTERIOR MATERIAL OF BUILDING
The present invention relates to a nonflammable interior material of a building, which has nonflammability because of including a carbon fiber felt made by needle punching, and is excellent at sound insulating properties, sound absorbing properties, and heat insulating properties because of inclusion of a TPE and a melt-blown fiber. The nonflammable interior material of a building comprises: a carbon fiber felt formed by the bonding of a plurality of carbon fiber fabrics by bridging carbon fiber by needle punching; a thermoplastic elastic sheet comprising a thermoplastic elastic body (TPE) coupled to the carbon fiber felt; an insulating member consisting of a fiber web which is coupled to the thermoplastic elastic sheet, and includes a melt-blown microfiber made of a thermoplastic resin, and a nonwoven fabric formed on both sides of the fiber web; and an adhesive sheet applied to both surfaces of the thermoplastic elastic sheet such that the carbon fiber felt and the insulating member can be adhered and combined.
본 발명은 니들 펀칭에 의하여 만들어진 탄소섬유 펠트를 포함하여 불연성을 갖고, TPE와 멜트블로운 섬유를 포함하여 차음성과 흡읍성 및 단열성이 우수하여 건축물 내장재로 사용될 수 있는 것으로, 니들 펀칭에 의하여 탄소섬유를 교락시켜 복수 개의 탄소섬유 원단이 결속되어 형성된 탄소섬유 펠트; 상기 탄소섬유 펠트에 결합된 열가소성 탄성체(TPE)로 이루어진 열가소성 탄성시트; 상기 열가소성 탄성시트에 결합되되, 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 멜트블로운 극세사를 포함한 섬유웹과, 섬유웹의 양측에 형성된 부직포로 구성된 단열부재; 및 열가소성 탄성시트의 양면에 도포되어 탄소섬유 펠트와 단열부재가 접착되어 결합되도록 하는 접착시트를 포함하는 불연 건축물 내장재를 제공한다.
