An offshore structure installation ship is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore structure installation ship comprises: a hull; a plurality of work decks mounted to be separated to an upper portion of the hull; and a plurality of movable jacking devices moved along a rail provided to the work decks to selectively separate at least one among the work decks from the hull. The present invention improves operation efficiency of equipment.
