A light-emitting pavement according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an upper plate having a plate-shaped upper surface having multiple projections and a side surface extending downwards from the edge of the upper surface; a light-emitting portion having a substrate disposed inside the upper plate, an LED mounted on the upper surface of the substrate and positioned inside the projection, and a wire connected to the substrate; a support plate supporting the lower side of the substrate inside the upper plate and having a space accommodating the wire; and a lower plate supporting the lower side of the support plate. The light-emitting portion is made waterproof by one of waterproof pavement, vacuum pavement, and urethane impregnation. The support plate is coupled with the inner surface of the upper plate by fusion such that the open lower surface of the upper plate is sealed.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 보도블럭은, 다수의 돌기부를 가지는 플레이트 형상의 상면과, 상기 상면의 테두리로부터 하방으로 연장되는 측면을 가지는 상부판; 상기 상부판의 내측에 배치되는 기판과, 상기 기판의 상면에 실장되며 상기 돌기부의 내측에 위치되는 엘이디 및 상기 기판에 연결되는 전선을 가지는 발광부; 상기 상부판의 내부에서 상기 기판의 하측을 지지하며, 상기 전선이 수용되는 공간이 마련되는 지지판; 및 상기 지지판의 하측을 지지하는 하부판을 포함하고, 상기 발광부는, 방수 포장, 진공 포장 및 우레탄 함침 중 어느 하나에 의하여 방수 처리되고, 상기 지지판은, 상기 상부판의 내측면과 융착 방식으로 결합되어, 상기 상부판의 개방된 하면을 차폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
