ACRYLIC BASED EXPOSURE WATERPROOFING SHEET AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an exposed acrylic-based waterproof sheet for preventing water leakage of a building; and a waterproof construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the exposed acrylic-based waterproof sheet comprises: an acrylate sheet swollen in a case of being in contact with water; a butyl rubber sheet bonded and coupled to an upper surface of the acrylate sheet; a primary waterproof material coating film formed by drying a waterproof material applied on an upper surface of the butyl rubber sheet; a secondary waterproof material coating film formed by drying a waterproof material applied on an upper surface of the primary waterproof material coating film; and a coating layer applied on an upper surface of the secondary waterproof material coating film to prevent the secondary waterproof material coating film from being oxidized by sunlight.
본 발명은 건축물의 누수를 방지하는 노출형 아크릴기반 방수시트 및 이를 이용한 방수시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 콘크리트 건축물의 옥상 바닥의 방수를 위해 사용되는 노출형 아크릴기반 방수시트의 구성과 그 방수시트를 이용하여 옥상 바닥의 방수 처리를 하는 방수시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 노출형 아크릴기반 방수시트의 구조는 최하층에서부터 수팽윤성 아크릴레이트시트, 부틸고무시트, 1차방수재도막, 2차방수재도막 및 코팅층의 순으로 결합된 구조를 가진다. 그리고, 또 다른 본 발명에 따른 노출형 아크릴기반 방수시트를 이용한 방수시공방법은 옥상 바닥에 아크릴레이트시트를 깔고 상기 아크릴레이트시트 간의 이음부분을 열융착으로 결합시키는 아크릴레이트시트 시공단계와, 상기 아크릴레이트시트 상면에서부터 상기 옥상 난간 내측면까지 부틸고무시트를 접착 결합시키는 부틸고무시트 시공단계와, 상기 부틸고무시트 상면에 수용성 방수재를 도포하여 건조시켜 방수재도막을 형성시키는 1차방수재도막 형성단계와, 상기 1차방수재도막 상면에 수용성 방수재를 도포하여 건조시켜 방수재도막을 형성시키는 2차방수재도막 형성단계 및 상기 2차방수재도막 상면에 산화, 열화를 방지하는 산화방지제를 도포하여 코팅층을 형성시키는 코팅층 형성단계의 순서로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 노출형 아크릴기반 방수시트 및 이를 이용한 방수시공방법에 의하면 온도변화에 따른 건축 구조물의 수축과 팽창에 의한 옥상 바닥 방수층의 균열, 파손이 방지되는 효과와 방수시트에 발생하는 누수부위를 육안으로 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an exposed acrylic-based waterproof sheet for preventing water leakage of a building; and a waterproof construction method using the same.
