The present invention provides a blind handle to block driving of a moving strip, comprising: a handle including a locking part to lock the moving strip; and a strip locking device coupled to the handle. According to the present invention, the strip locking device includes: a coupling part formed in a middle part to be coupled to the upper part of the handle; a through-hole formed on both sides of the coupling part; an opening part formed on one side of the through-hole to insert the moving strip into the through-hole; a concave groove formed on the upper edge of both sides of the through-hole to lock the moving strip; and a locking protrusion formed in the lower part of the through-hole to push the moving strip to the inside so as to provide elasticity. Accordingly, the handle is fixed on a wall or a window frame, thereby providing an effect capable of preventing an accident that a child′s neck is locked to the moving strip by carelessness to be wounded or died, but movement of the moving line is blocked when the handle is not fixed, thereby providing an effect capable of preventing operation of a blind.
본 발명은 가동줄을 걸기 위한 걸이부를 구비하는 손잡이와, 상기 손잡이에 결합되기 위한 줄걸이구로 이루어지되, 상기 줄걸이구는 중간부에 형성되어 손잡이의 상부에 결합하기 위한 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 양측에 형성되는 통공과, 상기 통공의 일측에 형성되어 가동줄을 통공에 끼울 수 있게 하는 개방부와, 상기 통공의 양측 상단 가장자리 에 가동줄이 걸리도록 하기 위한 오목홈이 형성되고, 상기 통공의 하부에는 가동줄을 안쪽으로 밀어서 탄성을 제공하기 위한 걸림돌기가 형성되는 가동줄의 구동을 차단하기 위한 블라인드용 손잡이를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 벽이나 창틀에 손잡이를 고정시켜 부주의에 의해 어린아이들이 가동줄에 목이 걸려 다치거나 죽는 등의 안전사고를 방지하도록 하되, 상기 손잡이가 고정되지 않은 상태에서는 가동줄의 구동을 차단하여 블라인드의 작동을 차단할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
