COLOR AGGREGATE FOR WATER PERMEABLE BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARBON ABATEMENT WATER PERMEABLE BLOCK FOR SIDE WALK AND ROAD
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a permeable block for a sidewalk/road, which recycles wasted resource to provide excellent permeability, is semi-permanently used without decolorization or discoloration to reduce maintenance costs, makes bottom ash, which is a byproduct generated from a thermal power plant, into color aggregate to contribute to natural preservation due to resource recycling, and manufactures a permeant block for a carbon reduction type sidewalk/road not causing a problem of carbon emission due to excessive use of cement and having an air purification function. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of adding a thermosetting resin and pigment to bottom ash particles formed by pulverizing collected recycled bottom ash to manufacture color aggregate; a step of mixing and agitating the color aggregate, a two-pack type thermosetting resin, recycled glass fiber, and a hardening accelerant; a step of inserting the mixture of the agitated color aggregate, thermosetting resin, and hardening accelerant into a molding machine and pressing the same to form a permeable block; a step of removing the permeable block formed in the molding machine from the molding machine; and a step of hardening the permeable block removed from the molding machine.
본 발명은 보차도용 투수블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 폐기되는 자원을 재활용하여 특히 투수성이 우수하고, 탈색이나 변색이 없어 반영구적인 사용이 가능하여 보수비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 화력발전소에서 발생되는 부산물인 바텀애쉬를 칼라골재로 제조 함으로써 자원 재활용에 의한 자연보존에 기여할 수 있으며, 시멘트 과다사용으로 인한 탄소배출의 문제가 없는데다가 공기정화 기능까지 갖추고 있는 탄소 저감 보차도용 투수블록을 제조할 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 수거한 재활용 바텀애쉬를 분쇄하여 마련한 바텀애쉬입자에 열경화성수지 및 안료를 착색하여 칼라골재를 제조하는 단계와; 상기 칼라골재와 2액형 열경화성수지와 재활용 유리섬유 및 경화촉진제를 혼합하여 교반하는 단계와; 교반된 칼라골재, 열경화성수지 및 경화촉진제의 혼합물을 성형기에 투입하여 투수블록으로 가압 성형하는 단계와; 상기 성형기에서 성형된 투수블록을 성형기에서 탈형하는 단계와; 상기 성형기에서 탈형된 투수블록을 양생하는 단계를 포함한다.
