RAINWATER PURIFY APPARATUS USING ROTATING TYPE TROMMEL
The present invention relates to an initial rainwater eliminating rainwater disposal apparatus using a rotating type trommel, and aims at eliminating initial contaminants containing foreign matters without power and supplying clean purified water through secondary filtration. The initial rainwater eliminating rainwater disposal apparatus using a rotating type trommel according to the present invention includes: a housing in which an inlet portion and a discharge portion are disposed at the same height and a purified water discharging portion connected to a storage tank is provided between the inlet portion and the outlet portion; and a rotating type trommel disposed between the inflow portion and the discharge portion as the inside of the housing and guiding the initial contaminants and foreign matters to the discharge portion and guiding the purified water to the purified water discharge portion. In the rotating type trommel, a vane is provided on one or more of the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface to be rotatably mounted on the housing and the vane screens rainwater and foreign matter while being rotated by the flow of rainwater flowing into the inside of the housing. In addition, a screen is additionally included for filtering the initial contaminants in the upstream of the rotating type trommel and for filtering the other foreign matter primarily, and then guiding the filtered rainwater to the rotating type trommel.
본 발명은 회전형 선별통을 이용한 초기 우수 배제 빗물 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 무동력으로 이물질이 포함된 초기 오염물을 배제하고 2차에 걸친 여과를 통해 청정의 정화수를 급수하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 회전형 선별통을 이용한 초기 우수 배제 빗물 처리 장치는, 유입부와 방류부가 동일한 높이로 배치되면서 상기 유입부와 방류부 사이에 저장조와 연결되는 정화수 배출부가 구비된 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 내부로서 상기 유입부와 방류부 사이에 장착되며, 초기 오염물질과 이물질은 상기 방류부로 유도하는 한편 정화수를 상기 정화수 배출부로 유도하는 회전형 선별통을 포함하고, 상기 회전형 선별통은 내주면과 외주면 중 일측 이상에 베인이 구비되어 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 장착되며, 상기 하우징 내부에 유입되는 빗물의 흐름에 의해 회전하면서 빗물과 이물질을 선별한다. 또한, 부가적으로 상기 회전형 선별통의 상류에 초기오염물을 여과함과 아울러 기타 이물질을 1차로 여과한 후 여과된 빗물을 상기 회전형 선별통으로 유도하는 스크린을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an initial rainwater eliminating rainwater disposal apparatus using a rotating type trommel, and aims at eliminating initial contaminants containing foreign matters without power and supplying clean purified water through secondary filtration. The initial rainwater eliminating rainwater disposal apparatus using a rotating type trommel according to the present invention includes: a housing in which an inlet portion and a discharge portion are disposed at the same height and a purified water discharging portion connected to a storage tank is provided between the inlet portion and the outlet portion; and a rotating type trommel disposed between the inflow portion and the discharge portion as the inside of the housing and guiding the initial contaminants and foreign matters to the discharge portion and guiding the purified water to the purified water discharge portion. In the rotating type trommel, a vane is provided on one or more of the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface to be rotatably mounted on the housing and the vane screens rainwater and foreign matter while being rotated by the flow of rainwater flowing into the inside of the housing.
