DEVICE FOR MANUFACTRURING ARTIFICIAL LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE USING COAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE USING COAL WASTE
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing artificial lightweight aggregate using coal waste comprises: a pulverizing device pulverizing coal waste into powder; a gravity sorter separating a predetermined amount or less of carbon from coal waste powder provided from the pulverizing device; a mixer mixing, in the gravity sorter, an additive with remaining powder from which the carbon is separated; a kneader mixing mixed powder provided from the mixer with water and kneading a mixture of the mixed powder and the water; a molding device cutting the paste produced by the kneader and shaping the cut paste into a spherical shape; a furnace drying and heating the mixture formed in the molding device; a cooler cooling the mixture dried in the furnace; and a sorter sorting fine aggregate cooled by the cooler according to sizes. According to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to recycle coal waste.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 석탄폐석을 활용한 인공 경량 골재 제조 장치는, 석탄폐석을 분말 형태로 파분쇄하는 파분쇄기; 상기 파분쇄기에서 제공되는 석탄폐석 분말로부터 탄소를 기 설정된 함유량 이하로 분리하는 비중선별기; 상기 비중선별기에서 탄소가 분리된 잔여 분말을 첨가제와 혼합하는 혼합기; 상기 혼합기에서 제공되는 혼합 분말과 물을 혼합하고, 혼합물을 반죽하는 반죽기; 상기 반죽기를 통해 만들어진 반죽을 절단하고, 구 형태로 성형하는 성형기; 상기 성형기를 통해 성형된 상기 혼합물을 건조 및 가열하는 소성로; 상기 소성로를 통해 건조된 상기 혼합물을 냉각하는 냉각기; 및 상기 냉각기를 통해 냉각된 경량골재를 크기 별로 선별하는 선별기를 포함하는 석탄폐석을 활용한 인공 경량골재 제조 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
