Complex Fiber Sheet Composition for Reducing Earthquake Damage and Reinforcement of Structures Comprising Basalt Fiber and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a complex fiber sheet composition and a construction method using the complex fiber sheet composition containing, based on 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 10 to 40 parts by weight of basalt fiber; 1 to 20 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder; 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a curing agent; 3 to 40 parts by weight of a lightweight agent; 1 to 20 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a strain inhibitor; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a low shrinkage agent; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an ozone deterioration inhibitor; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent. The present invention provides a complex fiber sheet composition which is excellent in mechanical properties, improves contact with the vicinity of a damaged part, and improves mechanical properties, waterproofness, and long-term durability so as to be effective in seismic and/or structural reinforcement.
본 발명은 에폭시 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 바잘트 섬유 10 내지 40중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 1 내지 20중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.01 내지 4중량부; 경화제 5 내지 20중량부; 경량제 3 내지 40중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 1 내지 20중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 저수축제 3 내지 15중량부; 오존열화방지제 0.5 내지 10중량부; 자외선 흡수제 1 내지 10중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시 실란 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 실란 커플링제 0.5 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 복합 섬유시트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기계적 물성이 우수하고, 손상부 주변과의 접착성을 향상시키는 동시에, 기계적 물성, 우수한 방수성 및 장기 내구성을 증가시키도록 하여 내진 및/또는 구조보강에 효과적인 복합 섬유시트 조성물을 제공한다.
