HIGH DENSITY CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH DENSITY CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING HABOR STRUCTURE
A high density concrete composition for manufacturing a harbor structure such as a sofa block is disclosed, wherein the high density concrete composition for manufacturing a harbor structure contains 40 to 45 wt% of blast furnace slag as coarse aggregates, 30 to 40 wt% of copper slag as fine aggregates, 5 to 10 wt% of cement, 1 to 5 wt% of a granular powder of blast furnace slag, 1 to 5 wt% of a granular powder of copper slag, 0.5 to 5% by weight of cement of an AE water reducing agent, 0.5% to 3% by weight of cement of an accelerating agent and 2 to 5% by weight of the accelerating agent and cement of bentonite. The present invention aims to provide the high density concrete composition for manufacturing the harbor structure and the method for manufacturing the high density concrete, capable of realizing the concrete having increased specific gravity while maintaining high quality.
소파블록과 같은 항만구조물 형성용 고비중 콘크리트 조성물이 개시되며, 상기 항만구조물 형성용 고비중 콘크리트 조성물은, 조골재로 고로슬래그 40 중량% 내지 45 중량%, 세골재로 동슬래그 30 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 시멘트 5 중량% 내지 10 중량%, 고로슬래그 세립분 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%, 동슬래그 세립분 1 중량% 내지5 중량%, 시멘트 중량의 0.5% 내지 1%의 AE감수제, 시멘트 중량의 0.5% 내지 3%의 급결제 및 시멘트 중량의 2% 내지 5%의 벤토나이트를 포함할 수 있다.
