The present invention relates to a lamppost installed on a roadside or at a park. More particularly, according to the present invention, a taper cutting process for cutting a metal steel plate into a rectangular trapezoid with one side wide and the other side narrow is performed, an inspection port is drilled in the cut metal plate, and then a reinforcing plate wider than the inspection port is cut and welded to the metal steel plate, the metal steel plate and the reinforcing plate are continuously bent at the same time to produce a tapered cylindrical column, and the reinforcing plate exposed to the inspection hole is penetrated by the inspection port and a cover coupling hole, and thus the outer shape of the lamppost having the reinforced inspection port can be formed smoothly and uniformly and the appearance quality of the lamppost can be improved and, since the reinforcing plate positioned inside the lamppost is not exposed to the outside, the inspection port can be efficiently reinforced with the same appearance as existing ones maintained and, since the cross-sectional reinforcement is performed on the entire inspection port drilled portion including the inspection port, it is possible to have durability, and the lamppost tapered and having a circular or polygonal section can be produced more quickly and efficiently in an economical manner.
본 발명은 도로변이나 공원 등에 설치되는 가로등의 지주에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금속강판을 일측이 넓고 타측이 좁은 형태의 장방형 사다리꼴로 절단하는 테이퍼 절단공정을 수행하고, 상기 절단된 금속강판에 점검구를 타공한 후 상기 점검구 보다 넓은 형태의 보강판을 절단 및 금속강판에 용접 형성한 후, 상기 금속강판과 보강판을 동시에 연속 절곡하여 테이퍼 진 원통형 기둥을 제작하고, 상기 점검구로 노출되는 보강판에는 점검공 및 커버 체결공을 관통 형성하여 구성함에 따라, 보강된 점검구를 갖는 가로등주의 외관이 매끄럽고 균일하게 형성될 수 있어 가로등주의 외관 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이고, 가로등주의 내측에 위치하는 보강판은 외부로 드러나지 아니하므로 기존과 같은 외관을 그대로 유지한 채로 점검구에 대한 효율적인 보강이 이루어질 수 있는 것이며, 점검구 주변을 포함한 점검구 타공부 전체에 대한 단면 보강이 이루어지므로 더욱 견고하고 뛰어난 내구성을 갖게 되는 것이고, 테이퍼 형태로 된 원형 단면 또는 다각형의 단면으로 된 가로등주를 더욱 빠르고 효율적으로 생산할 수 있어 매우 경제적인 것이다.
