Eco-Friendly Mortar Composite for Repair Comprising Function of Preventing Neutralization and Saltdamage and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a mortar composite for eco-friendly repair and a construction method thereof, wherein the mortar composite comprises: 20-40 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 10-50 parts by weight of silica fume; 10-50 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 1-10 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; 5-20 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 2-20 parts by weight of fiber; 1-10 parts by weight of guar gum; 5-30 parts by weight of an antistripping agent; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 3-20 parts by weight of a thickening agent; 1-10 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 0.5-5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, based on 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, the mortar composite for the eco-friendly repair does not discharge harmful materials to be eco-friendly and forms a physically and chemically stable coating layer on a target surface, on which a coating layer is to be formed, such that it is possible to enhance rust preventiveness, corrosion resistance, fouling resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, salt damage preventiveness and neutralization preventiveness.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 20 내지 40중량부; 실리카 퓸 10 내지 50중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 10 내지 50중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시실란 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 20중량부; 파이버 2 내지 20중량부; 구아검 1 내지 10중량부; 박리방리제 5 내지 30중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 3 내지 20중량부; 가소제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 보수용 몰탈 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 보수용 몰탈 조성물은 유해물질을 배출하지 않아 친환경적이면서도 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 대상표면에 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 코팅층을 형성하여, 녹방지성, 내식성, 내오염성, 내마모성, 내화학성, 염해방지 및/또는 중성화방지 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
