Eco-Friendly Quick-hardening Cement Composition and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly fast-hardening cement composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 5 to 30 parts by weight of latex; 10 to 40 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of metakaolin; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fly ash; 1 to 15 parts by weight of an absorbent polymer; 5 to 20 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 1 to 10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a retarder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an emulsifier; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a defoaming agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thickener; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent; and a section repair method using the environment-friendly fast-hardening cement composition. According to the present invention, the environment-friendly fast-hardening cement composition can improve working environments and can be quickly cured while reducing environmental pollution and having a strength greater than or equal to that of conventional cement, thereby being applicable to uses which require fast-hardening properties.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 라텍스 5 내지 30중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 40중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 흡수성 폴리머 1 내지 15중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 20중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 1 내지 10중량부; 경화제 5 내지 30중량부; 경화촉진제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 유화제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 1 내지 10중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 속경성 시멘트 조성물 및 이를 단면 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 속경성 시멘트 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되어 속경성이 요구되는 사용처에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
