Grating For Heavy Load Capable of Preventing Bad-smell
The present invention relates to heavy load grating for preventing odors, which prevents backflow of odors by opening and closing a drain hole of a grid member for forming the drain hole provided in a main body by means of a rotatable flap. The main body comprises: a plurality of channel members which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other by rotating a ″ㄷ″ shape by 90° to improve rigidity; and side members which are integrally arranged on side portions thereof by welding. A grid member having a drain hole formed at a side portion of the channel members is formed between the channel members of the main body. The present invention has sufficient support rigidity for a weight body such as a truck, and prevents the deformation of grating. A flap for preventing backflow of odors by opening and closing a drain hole disposed between channels and an equilibrium counterweight are integrated to reduce manufacturing costs. Since a hinge provided in the flap is provided in a high-strength channel, deformation of the hinge by the weight body is prevented, and thus it is possible to improve operational reliability for preventing odors of the flap.
본 발명은 본체에 제공되는 배수공 형성을 위한 격자부재의 배수공을 회전 가능한 플랩으로 개폐하여 악취의 역류를 방지하는 악취방지용 중하중 그레이팅에 관한 것으로, 상기 본체는 강성증대를 위해 'ㄷ'자를 90° 회전시켜 개구부가 하방으로 향하도록 하여 이격 배치되는 복수개의 채널부재와 그 측부에 용접에 의해 일체로 배치된 측부부재를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 본체의 채널부재들 사이에 상기 채널부재의 측부에 배수공이 형성된 격자부재가 접합된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 트럭과 같은 중량체에 대해 충분한 지지강성을 갖고 그레이팅의 변형이 방지되며, 상기 채널들 사이에 배치되는 배수공을 개폐하여 악취의 역류를 방지하는 플랩과 평형추부분을 일체화하여 제조비용을 감소할 수 있고, 플랩에 제공된 힌지가 고강도의 채널에 제공됨으로써, 중량체에 의한 힌지의 변형이 방지됨으로써 플랩의 악취방지를 위한 동작 신뢰도가 향상되는 효과가 있다.
