본 발명은 물탱크 고정용 내진유닛에 관한 것으로, 다수의 단위패널을 조립하여 형성되고, 건물 또는 지면에 설치된 구조물(C)에 설치되는 조립식 물탱크(W)에 외부진동에 의한 진동전달을 상쇠시켜 조립식 물탱크(W)의 구조적 안정성을 확보하고, 외부진동에 의한 조립식 물탱크(W)의 균열, 파손을 방지하도록 형성된 물탱크 고정용 내진유닛에 있어서, 상기 물탱크 고정용 내진유닛(100)은 조립식 물탱크(W) 바닥면 둘레를 따라 고정결합되고, 상부 수평부(112)는 물탱크 바닥에 결합되며, 하부 수평부(114)는 구조물에 대응되는 "ㄷ" 찬넬(110)과; 건물 또는 지면에 설치된 구조물(C)의 상부면에 앵커(A)에 의해 고정결합되고, 상기 "ㄷ"찬넬(110)의 하부 수평부(114)를 가압하여 상기 조립식 물탱크(W)가 상기 구조물(C)에 고정되도록 마련된 가압고정클램핑(120)과; 상기 "ㄷ"찬넬(110)과 상기 가압고정클램핑(120) 사이에 결합되고, 외부진동이 상기 구조물(C)에 전달되면 상기 "ㄷ"찬넬(110)로 진동이 전달되는 것을 상쇠시키고, 원위치로 복귀시키도록 탄성력을 가진 방진고무로 형성된 내진수단(130);으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크 고정용 내진유닛에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a seismic unit for fixing a water tank. The seismic unit for fixing a water tank is formed as multiple unit panels are assembled. The seismic unit for fixing a water tank obtains structural stability of an assembly type water tank (W) by offsetting vibration due to external vibration, which is transmitted to the assembly type water tank (W) installed on a structure (C) installed on the ground or a building. The seismic unit for fixing a water tank also prevents a crack and damage of the assembly type water tank (W) due to the external vibration. The seismic unit (100) for fixing a water tank comprises: a U-shaped channel (110) fixed along the circumference of the bottom of the assembly type water tank (W), wherein an upper horizontal unit (112) is connected to the bottom of the water tank and a lower horizontal unit (114) corresponds to a structure; a pressing fixing clamping (120) fixed and connected to the upper surface of the structure (C) installed in the building or on the ground by an anchor (A) and formed in order for the assembly type water tank (W) to be fixed to the structure (C) by pressing the lower horizontal unit (114) of the U-shaped channel (110); and a seismic means (130) connected between the U-shaped channel (110) and the pressing fixing clamping (120) and offsetting the vibration transmitted to the U-shaped channel (110) when the external vibration is transmitted to the structure (C), wherein the seismic means (130) also is formed of vibration-proof rubber with elasticity to return the U-shaped channel to an initial position.
