RELIEF PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC WORK MACHINE
작업 장치를 작동시키지 않고, 전자 가변 릴리프 밸브의 릴리프압 제어를 실현시킬 수 있는 유압 작업기의 릴리프압 제어 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 다이얼 스위치(12)로부터 출력되는 조정 신호에 따라, 전자 가변 릴리프 밸브(10a, 10b)의 릴리프압을 제어하는 제어 신호를 출력하는 컨트롤러(13)와, 이 컨트롤러(13)로부터 출력되는 표시 신호에 따라, 압력 센서(11)로부터 출력되는 회로압과 유압 실린더(1)의 요구 압력의 관계를 표시하는 표시부(14)와, 전자 가변 릴리프 밸브(10a, 10b)의 제어 개시를 지시하는 개시 지시부를 구성하는 조작 장치(6)를 구비하고, 방향 제어 밸브(4)와 유압 실린더(1)를 연락하는 주관로(9a, 9b)의 전자 가변 릴리프 밸브(10a, 10b)가 접속되는 관로 부위와, 유압 실린더(1)와의 사이의 관로 부분에, 이 관로 부분을 개폐하는 스톱 밸브(15a, 15b)를 구비한 구성으로 되어 있다.
[Problem] To provide a relief pressure control system for a hydraulic working machine, which can realize control of a relief pressure of a variable solenoid relief valve without actuation of working equipment. [Solution] A relief pressure control system is provided with a controller (13) for outputting, responsive to an adjustment signal outputted from a dial switch (12), a control signal to control a relief pressure of a variable solenoid relief valve (10a or10b), a display unit (14) for displaying, responsive to display signals outputted from the controller (13), a relationship between a circuit pressure outputted from a pressure sensor (11) and a pressure required by a hydraulic cylinder (1), and a control device (6) constituting a start instruction unit for instructing a start of control of the variable solenoid relief valve (10a or10b). Stop valves (15a, 15b) are arranged sections of main lines (9a, 9b), which communicate a directional control valve (4) and the hydraulic cylinder (1) with each other, to open or close the section. The sections are located between positions on the main lines, where the variable solenoid relief valves (10a,10b) are connected to the main lines, respectively, and the hydraulic cylinder (1).
