RETAINING WALL PANEL WITH REINFORCEMENT BLOCK AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING RETAINING WALL PANEL USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a retaining wall panel structure with a reinforcement block, and a retaining wall panel construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the retaining wall panel structure with a reinforcement block comprises: a panel body (P); and a reinforcement block (100) installed on the rear surface of the panel body to reinforce the strength of the panel body, wherein the reinforcement block is integrally coupled to the rear surface of a reinforcement material through-hole of the panel body, and includes a block through-hole corresponding to the reinforcement material through-hole and a slope, inclined to the rear surface of the panel body, formed on the upper surface of the reinforcement block surrounding the block through-hole. Accordingly, the previously formed reinforcement block is integrally formed on the front surface of the retaining wall panel together with concrete in a casting mold when forming the retaining wall panel, thereby providing a beneficial effect of improving resistance to a concentrated load applied to a retaining wall, and providing a panel manufacturing casting mold capable of easily changing the front and rear surfaces of the panel to have an inclination perpendicular to an installation inclination of the reinforcement material so as to manufacture the panel.
본 발명은 패널몸체(P);와 상기 패널몸체의 후면에 구비되어 상기 패널몸체의 강도를 보강하는 보강블럭(100);으로 이루어지고, 상기 보강블럭은 상기 패널몸체의 보강재 관통구 후면에 일체로 결합되고, 상기 보강재 관통구와 대응되는 블럭 관통구를 구비하고, 상기 블럭 관통구를 둘러싸는 상기 보강블럭의 상면에는 패널몸체의 후면과 경사지는 경사면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사면을 가진 보강블럭을 구비하는 옹벽패널을 제공한다. 본 발명은 상기 구성에 의해서 옹벽패널의 전면에 미리 성형한 보강블럭을 옹벽패널 성형시 주형틀에서 콘크리트와 일체로 성형되도록 함으로써 옹벽에 작용하는 집중하중에 저항력을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한, 본 발명은 패널의 전·후면을 보강재 설치 경사에 수직한 경사를 갖도록 용이하게 변경하여 제조가능한 패널제작용 주형틀을 제공하는 유리한 효과가 발생한다.

The present invention provides a retaining wall panel structure with a reinforcement block, and a retaining wall panel construction method using the same.
