Disclosed are an assembly type window and door frame to stably fix glass, and an assembly method thereof. According to the present invention, the assembly type window and door frame comprises: a first frame including a glass fixing plate facing glass, a fixing molding protruding one end of the glass fixing plate to be formed in the longitudinal direction of the glass fixing plate and fixing a gasket for packing the glass, and a molding fixing plate formed on the other end of the glass fixing plate and fixing the molding; a second frame including a glass fixing plate facing the glass and coupled to the first frame to put one side surface of the first frame on the glass fixing plate; a bracket including a fixing plate coupled to the glass fixing plate of the second frame, a fixing molding protruding from one end of the fixing plate to be formed in the longitudinal direction of the fixing plate and fixing the gasket for packing the glass, and a molding fixing part formed on the other end of the fixing plate and fixing the molding, and attached to the glass fixing plate of the second frame in order to allow one side to be bonded to or faced with the fixing molding of the first frame; and a separation type molding fixed to the molding fixing part of the bracket or the first frame, and fixing the gasket for packing the glass.
