MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOESS BALL CONTAINING STONE POWDER
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a loess ball containing cloisonné. More specifically, the method of manufacturing a loess ball containing cloisonné comprises: a loess powder mixing step of mixing first loess powder and second loess powder having different particle sizes; a mixture preparing step of adding rare earth powder, cloisonné powder, and purified water to a loess mixture prepared in the loess powder mixing step and mixing the mixture; a molding step of molding a mixture prepared in the mixer preparing step; and a drying step of drying a molded article molded in the molding step. The loess ball prepared through the above steps contains rare earth and cloisonné, so that components beneficial to a human body such as far-infrared ray and negative ion are emitted. The loess ball has excellent water resistance and mechanical strength, thereby being applied to various products and industries.
본 발명은 칠보석이 함유된 황토볼의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 입자크기가 서로 다른 영역대를 가지는 제1황토분말과 제2황토분말을 혼합하는 황토분말혼합단계, 상기 황토분말혼합단계를 통해 제조된 황토혼합물에 희토류 분말, 칠보석 분말 및 정제수를 혼합하는 혼합물제조단계, 상기 혼합물제조단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물을 성형하는 성형단계 및 상기 성형단계를 통해 성형된 성형물을 건조하는 건조단계를 포함한다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조된 황토볼은 칠보석과 희토류가 함유되어 원적외선이나 음이온 등과 같은 인체에 유익한 성분이 방출되며, 우수한 내수성 및 기계적 강도를 나타내기 때문에, 다양한 제품 및 산업에 적용할 수 있다.
