The present invention relates to an apparatus to form a cover of a common duct, comprising: a lower support unit including a middle support plate installed on an upper surface of a frame member including a plurality of frames, and a support member composed of first and second support plates and disposed on both sides of the middle support plate; and a cover forming unit including a side plate installed perpendicular to the first and second support plates, a plurality of partition members vertically installed between the side plates, an upper fixing plate installed in a middle part of an upper surface of the partition member in order to stably fix the partition members thereon, and upper fixing frames installed on both sides of the upper surface of the partition member, respectively. According to the present invention, a plurality of common duct covers are able to be formed at a time by the partition members and the side plate, and the side plate is installed at a different position on the side plate fixing hole formed on the first and second support plates, such that common duct covers of different sizes are able to be formed. Accordingly, provided is an effect of freely adjusting a size of the common duct cover in accordance with a construction site to form the common duct cover with the adjusted size.
공동구 덮개 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 다수의 프레임으로 이루어진 프레임부재의 상면에 설치되는 중간받침판과 상기 중간받침판의 양측에 제1 받침판과 제2 받침판으로 이루어진 받침부재가 구비되는 하부받침부; 상기 제1 받침판과 상기 제2 받침판에 각각 수직으로 설치되는 측판과 상기 측판과 측판 사이에 수직으로 설치되는 다수의 격판부재, 상기 다수의 격판부재가 안정되게 고정되도록 상기 격판부재의 상면 중간에 설치되는 상부고정판 및 상기 격판부재의 상면 양측에 각각 상부고정프레임이 설치되는 덮개성형부;를 마련하여 다수의 격판부재와 측판에 의해 일시에 복수개의 공동구 덮개를 성형할 수 있고, 제1 받침판과 제2 받침판에 형성된 측판고정공에 측판의 위치를 달리 설치하여 공동구 덮개의 크기를 달리 성형할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 시공현장에 따라 공동구 덮개의 크기를 자유로이 조절하여 성형할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
