PC box with inter locking connection structure
The present invention relates to a PC box with an interlocking connection structure. More specifically, front and rear ends of the PC box are provided with vertical and horizontal key grooves and vertical and horizontal engaging keys which have an interference engaging force, respectively, so that the PC boxes to be connected are closely connected to each other. Also, a front end face and a rear end face are provided with recessed portions to increase a bonding force with mortar when the PC boxes are connected in series. A corner of an inner peripheral surface is formed with a reinforcing portion at an angle, and the reinforcing portion is formed with a steel rod receiving hole penetrating therefrom back and forth, into which a steel rod is inserted, thereby increasing the engaging force of the PC boxes by the steel rod.
본 발명은 PC 박스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 PC 박스의 전단 및 후단에 각각 간섭 결합력을 가지는 종,횡단 키홈 및 종,횡단 결합키가 돌출 형성되게 구성함으로써, 연결되는 PC 박스들간의 긴밀한 결속이 가능하게 하며, 또한, 전단면과 후단면에 요철을 각각 형성함으로써, 전,후 연속하여 연결 시공시 몰탈과의 접합력이 증대되게 하며, 또한, 내주면 모서리에 경사상으로 보강부를 형성하되, 그 보강부에 전,후로 관통되어 강봉이 삽입되는 강봉 삽입공을 형성함으로써, 그 강봉을 통한 PC 박스의 연결력이 증대되게 하기 위한 인터록킹 연결구조를 갖는 PC 박스에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a PC box with an interlocking connection structure.
