Door Sagging Prevention Device
The present invention relates to a door sagging prevention device for a building, to prevent a hinged door from being sagged by self-weight. According to the present invention, the door sagging prevention device comprises: a groove (23) formed on a surface of a doorframe (22) coming in contact with a hinge operation part (31) installed in a door (20) by a predetermined depth and exposed to the outside through a cutting part (34) formed in a hinge fixing part (33); a center groove (24) formed on the center of the other side of the groove (23); a rotational part installed on the rear surface of the hinge fixing part (33) by a pivot pin (41) and disposed in the center groove (24) to be freely moved; an extension plate (42) extended from the rotational part (40) towards the inner side of the groove (23); a convex support plate (45) closely adhered to the front surface of the groove (23); a cover to hide one side of the groove (23); a pair of neutral springs (50, 52) to stop the extension plate (42) and the block support plate (45) at a predetermined position; a block passing through the cutting part (34) to enter the groove (23) when closing the door (20); and a pair of adjustment screws (70, 72) coupled to tap holes (61, 62) formed on a vertical surface of the block (60) and supported to the block support plate (45) while the door (20) is closed.
본 발명은 여닫이형 도어가 자중에 의해 처지는 것을 방지하는데 이용하는 건축용 도어 처짐 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 도어(20)에 설치되는 경첩가동부(31)와 만나는 문틀(22)의 표면으로부터 소정깊이로 형성되고, 문틀(22)에 설치되는 경첩고정부(33)에 형성된 ㄷ자 모양의 커팅부(34)을 통해 외부로 노출되는 요홈(23); 요홈(23)의 타측 중앙에 형성되는 센터홈(24); 피봇핀(41)에 의해 경첩고정부(33)의 후면에 설치되고, 센터홈(24)에 위치되어 자유롭게 움직이는 회전부(40); 회전부(40)로부터 요홈(23)의 안쪽을 향해 연장되는 연장판(42); 연장판(42)의 후단부에서 L자 모양으로 절곡되어 요홈(23)의 정면에 밀착되는 블록지지판(45); 연장판(42)의 상하부를 각각 부분 절개해서 형성되는 스프링시트(43)(44); 커팅부(34)의 일측 가장자리로부터 후방을 향해 형성되어 요홈(23)의 일측을 가리는 커버(35); 커버(35)와 스프링시트(43)(44)의 사이에 설치되어 서로 힘의 균형을 이루면서 연장판(42)과 블록지지판(45)을 일정한 위치에서 정지시키는 한 쌍의 중립스프링(50)(52); 경첩가동부(31)에 설치되고, 도어(20)가 닫힐 때 커팅부(34)를 통과해서 요홈(23)으로 진입하는 블록(60); 블록(60)의 수직면에 형성된 탭구멍(61)(62)에 결합되고, 도어(20)가 닫혔을 때 블록지지판(45)에 지지되는 한 쌍의 조정스크류(70)(72)을 포함한 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to a door sagging prevention device for a building, to prevent a hinged door from being sagged by self-weight.
