Road condition sensing apparatus and road pavement management system using thereof
The present invention relates to a road condition sensing apparatus and a road pavement management system using the same. It is an object of the present invention to provide a road condition sensing apparatus and a road pavement management system using the road condition sensing apparatus, which is installed at a place necessary for monitoring a road condition of a paved road at ordinary times or temporarily to measure the road condition by predetermined time by combining an ultrasonic sensor and an auxiliary sensor mounted selectively and to transfer collected road condition data to a cloud server through a low-power communication network. The road condition sensing apparatus comprises: a sensor case part (10) having an upper case (11) for protecting an embedded module type sensor part and providing a visual field and lighting and a lower case (12) having a motor (13) for adjusting a rotation range of the module type sensor unit; the module type sensor part (20) having a structure to combine an ultrasonic sensor for sensing the surface of a paved road to be measured and one or more selected auxiliary sensors, and transferring the collected road condition measurement information and position information of an installation point; and a supporter part (30) for spacing the sensor case part to a predetermined height from the ground surface and supporting the spaced sensor case part, and adjusting an angle.
본 발명은 노면 상태 감지기 및 이를 이용한 도로포장 유지관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 포장도로의 노면 상태 감시가 필요한 장소마다 상시 또는 임시로 설치되어 초음파 센서와 선택적으로 설치되는 보조센서를 조합하여 일정 시간별로 측정하고, 수집된 도로상태 데이터를 저전력 무선통신망을 통해 클라우드서버로 전송하는 노면 상태 감지기와 이를 이용한 도로포장 유지관리 시스템을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 내장된 모듈형센서부를 보호하면서 시야와 채광을 제공하는 상부케이스(11)와, 모듈형센서부의 회전범위 조절을 위한 모터(13)가 구비된 하부케이스(12)로 이루어진 센서 케이스부(10)와; 측정 대상 포장도로 노면을 감지하는 초음파 센서와, 선택된 하나 이상의 보조센서를 조합할 수 있는 구조로 이루어지고, 수집된 노면 상태 측정 정보와 설치 지점의 위치 정보를 클라우드서버에 전송하도록 구성된 모듈형센서부(20)와; 상기 센서케이스부를 지면으로부터 일정 높이로 이격시켜 지지하고, 각도를 조절하는 지지대부(30);를 포함하여 구성된 노면 상태 감지기와 이를 이용한 도로포장 유지관리 시스템을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
