Supporter for slab form of concrete structure
The present invention relates to a supporter to support a mold, comprising: an upper pipe having a guide groove and a protruding screw part formed and arranged on an outer circumferential surface in a circular shape; a lower pipe disposed in a shape corresponding to the upper pipe and having a hollow formed to guide the upper pipe to the inside; and a fixing member mounted on the upper surface of the upper pipe, and having a guide part and a screw part formed on an inner circumferential surface to correspond to the guide groove and the protruding screw part of the upper pipe. According to the present invention, the protruding screw part and the guide groove are formed and arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the upper part in the circular shape, and the fixing member having the guide part and the screw part formed on the inner circumferential surface to correspond to the guide groove and the protruding screw part of the upper pipe are included, thereby providing an effect of enabling a worker to easily rotate and press the fixing member so as to fix the upper pipe. In particular, during a process for dismantling the upper pipe, the worker simply rotates and presses the fixing member to vertically drop the upper pipe in the hollow of the lower pipe, thereby providing an effect of enabling the worker to easily and safely dismantle the upper pipe. Moreover, a stopper part is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member, such that the upper pipe is primarily fixed by the fixing member and is secondarily fixed by the stopper, thereby providing an effect of strongly fixing the upper pipe.
본 발명은 거푸집 지지용 서포트에 관한 것으로서, 외주면으로 안내홈과 돌출나사부가 원형배열형성된 상부파이프와, 상기 상부파이프와 상호 대응하는 형태로 구비되되, 상부파이프가 내측으로 안내되기 위해 중공가 형성된 하부파이프와, 상기 하부파이프 상면으로 안착되며, 상부파이프의 안내홈과 돌출나사부와 상호 대응하게 내주면에 안내부와 나사부가 형성된 고정부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 상부파이프 외주면으로 돌출나사부와 안내홈을 원형배열형성하고, 상기 상부파이프의 돌출나사부와 안내홈과 상호 대응하게 내주면에 나사부와 안내부가 형성된 고정부재를 구비함으로써, 작업자가 용이하게 고정부재를 회전가압하여 상부파이프를 고정할 수 있는 동시에, 특히, 상부파이프를 해체하는 과정에서, 작업자가 고정부재를 간단히 회전가압하여, 상부파이프를 하부파이프의 중공으로 수직낙하시킴으로써, 작업자가 간단하고 안전하게 상부파이프를 해체할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 고정부재 외주면으로 스토퍼부를 설치함으로써, 1차적으로 고정부재에 의해 고정되고, 2차적으로 스토퍼부에 의해 고정되어, 보다 견고히 상부파이프를 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a supporter to support a mold, comprising: an upper pipe having a guide groove and a protruding screw part formed and arranged on an outer circumferential surface in a circular shape; a lower pipe disposed in a shape corresponding to the upper pipe and having a hollow formed to guide the upper pipe to the inside; and a fixing member mounted on the upper surface of the upper pipe, and having a guide part and a screw part formed on an inner circumferential surface to correspond to the guide groove and the protruding screw part of the upper pipe. According to the present invention, the protruding screw part and the guide groove are formed and arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the upper part in the circular shape, and the fixing member having the guide part and the screw part formed on the inner circumferential surface to correspond to the guide groove and the protruding screw part of the upper pipe are included, thereby providing an effect of enabling a worker to easily rotate and press the fixing member so as to fix the upper pipe. In particular, during a process for dismantling the upper pipe, the worker simply rotates and presses the fixing member to vertically drop the upper pipe in the hollow of the lower pipe, thereby providing an effect of enabling the worker to easily and safely dismantle the upper pipe. Moreover, a stopper part is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member, such that the upper pipe is primarily fixed by the fixing member and is secondarily fixed by the stopper, thereby providing an effect of strongly fixing the upper pipe.
본 발명은 거푸집 지지용 서포트에 관한 것으로서, 외주면으로 안내홈과 돌출나사부가 원형배열형성된 상부파이프와, 상기 상부파이프와 상호 대응하는 형태로 구비되되, 상부파이프가 내측으로 안내되기 위해 중공가 형성된 하부파이프와, 상기 하부파이프 상면으로 안착되며, 상부파이프의 안내홈과 돌출나사부와 상호 대응하게 내주면에 안내부와 나사부가 형성된 고정부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 상부파이프 외주면으로 돌출나사부와 안내홈을 원형배열형성하고, 상기 상부파이프의 돌출나사부와 안내홈과 상호 대응하게 내주면에 나사부와 안내부가 형성된 고정부재를 구비함으로써, 작업자가 용이하게 고정부재를 회전가압하여 상부파이프를 고정할 수 있는 동시에, 특히, 상부파이프를 해체하는 과정에서, 작업자가 고정부재를 간단히 회전가압하여, 상부파이프를 하부파이프의 중공으로 수직낙하시킴으로써, 작업자가 간단하고 안전하게 상부파이프를 해체할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 고정부재 외주면으로 스토퍼부를 설치함으로써, 1차적으로 고정부재에 의해 고정되고, 2차적으로 스토퍼부에 의해 고정되어, 보다 견고히 상부파이프를 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
