The oven with safety sliding opening door
The present invention relates to an oven with a safety sliding opening door. The oven includes: a body having an opening of a cooking chamber; a rail unit provided at front and rear portions thereof with stoppers having buffer members opposite to each other and installed on a lateral side of the body in a horizontal direction; a door supporter, which includes a first roller seated on a top surface of the rail unit, a second roller spaced apart from a rear portion of the first roller and seated on a bottom surface of the rail unit, and a support guider spaced apart from the rear portion of the first roller, seated on the top surface of the rail unit, and installed on the lateral side of the body to be slid in the horizontal direction; a door rotatably coupled to the door supporter through a hinge unit to open/close the opening of the body and open/closed at an angle in the range of 0 to 90°; a safety guide coupled to the lateral side of the body to open an upper portion of the guide hole formed through in a front-and-rear direction; and a safety guide rail installed on an upper portion of an inner surface of the door in a length direction, corresponding to the guide hole of the safety guard, having an inclination angle formed at a part adjacent to the hinge part to protrude out of the door, and to guide the door such that the door is slidably introduced.
본 발명은 안전 슬라이딩 개방 도어를 구비한 오븐에 관한 것으로, 조리실의 개구부를 전면에 형성한 본체; 서로 대향되는 완충부재가 설치된 스토퍼를 전, 후방에 구비하여 본체의 측면에 수평방향으로 설치되는 레일부; 상기 레일부의 상면에 안착되는 제1롤러와, 상기 제1롤러의 후방으로 이격되어 레일부의 하면에 안착되는 제2롤러와, 상기 제1롤러의 후방으로 이격되어 레일부의 상면에 안착되는 서포트가이더를 구비하여 본체의 측면에 수평방향으로 슬라이드이동 가능하게 설치되는 도어서포터; 상기 본체의 개구부를 개폐하도록 힌지부를 통해 도어서포터에 회동가능하게 결합되어 0 ~ 90°의 각으로 개폐되는 도어; 전후방향으로 관통되는 가이드홀을 상측이 개구되도록 형성하여 본체의 측면에 결합되는 안전가드; 상기 안전가드의 가이드홀에 대응되도록 도어의 내측면 상부에 길이방향으로 설치되며, 힌지부와 인접한 부위에는 경사각 형성하여 도어의 외측으로 돌출됨으로써 상기 도어의 슬라이드 진입을 가이드하는 유도부를 구성한 안전가드레일;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
