In the present invention, a line unit vertically connected to the front surface or the rear surface of a transparent plate of a road noise barrier is installed to prevent a bird from flying around. In addition, the present invention further promotes recognition of birds as obstacles by forming a motion induction incision hole in a connecting plate to which a lower portion of the line unit is connected so as to sway the line unit downward and shake to the left and right. In addition, the present invention has a connecting unit which is detachable in two configurations on an upper portion of the line unit, so that a frame unit and the line unit can be easily attached and detached.
본 발명은 도로방음벽의 투명판 전면 또는 후면에 수직으로 연결되는 라인부를 설치하여 주변에서 비행하는 새들의 충돌사고를 방지하고, 라인부의 하부가 연결되는 연결판에 이동유도절개공을 형성하여 라인부를 하부로 늘어뜨린 후 좌우로 흔들리도록 하여 새들에게 장애물로 인식시키는 것을 더욱 어필하며, 라인부의 상부에 2개의 구성으로 탈착되는 연결구를 구비하여 프레임부와 라인부를 편리하게 탈착시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
