LATCH ASSEMBLY OF NON-BOLTING FOR DOOR LEVER LOCK
The present invention relates to a non-bolting type latch assembly for a door lever lock, and more specifically, to a non-bolting type latch assembly for a door lever lock capable of combining and assembling a housing without additional combining member, such as a screw bolt, and enhancing operability through simplification of components. The non-bolting type latch assembly according to the present invention comprises: a latch bolt, which protrudes from an end portion of a door having a lever to maintain a door closed state when the door is closed and is received into the door when a user manipulates the lever to release the locked state of the door; an operation cam arranged in an inner space of the door adjacent to the latch bolt and selectively rotating in both directions in interlock with the lever; a slider arranged in the inner space of the door, combined integrally with one side of the latch bolt, and advancing and retreating in interlock with the operation cam to make the latch bolt advance and retreat; an elastic spring arranged between the operation cam and the slider and pushing the slider in one direction so that the latch bolt protrudes out of the door; and a housing of a separate type box structure for receiving the latch bolt, the operation cam, the slider and the elastic spring therein and interlocking them with one another, and having a fitting type assembly structure of the components.
본 발명은 도어 레버록용 무볼팅 래치어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 별도의 결합부재(스크루볼트 등)가 필요없이도 하우징의 합치조립이 가능하고 또한 구성요소(연계부품)의 간소화를 통한 작동성 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 도어 레버록용 무볼팅 래치어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레버가 위치한 도어 일단부로부터 튀어나와 문닫힘시 문잠김상태가 유지되도록 하되, 상기 레버의 사용자 조작시 상기 도어 안으로 전부수용되는 후퇴작용으로 문잠김상태가 해제되도록 하는 래치볼트; 상기 래치볼트와 근접한 상기 도어 내부공간에 배치된 상태로, 상기 레버 작동에 연관하여 선택적 양방향 회전작용을 하는 작동캠; 상기 도어 내부공간에 더 배치되고 상기 래치볼트 일측에 일체로 결합된 상태로, 상기 작동캠 회전작용과 연관한 진퇴작용으로 상기 래치볼트가 진퇴되도록 하는 슬라이더; 상기 작동캠과 상기 슬라이더 사이에 배치된 상태로, 상기 슬라이더를 일방향으로 밀어내어 상기 래치볼트가 상기 도어 외부로 튀어나오도록 하는 탄성스프링; 및, 상기 래치볼트, 작동캠, 슬라이더, 탄성스프링의 상호연계 및 내재수용을 위한 분리형 박스구조체이되, 분리품간 끼워 맞춤식 조립구조를 이루는 하우징;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
LATCH ASSEMBLY OF NON-BOLTING FOR DOOR LEVER LOCK
The present invention relates to a non-bolting type latch assembly for a door lever lock, and more specifically, to a non-bolting type latch assembly for a door lever lock capable of combining and assembling a housing without additional combining member, such as a screw bolt, and enhancing operability through simplification of components. The non-bolting type latch assembly according to the present invention comprises: a latch bolt, which protrudes from an end portion of a door having a lever to maintain a door closed state when the door is closed and is received into the door when a user manipulates the lever to release the locked state of the door; an operation cam arranged in an inner space of the door adjacent to the latch bolt and selectively rotating in both directions in interlock with the lever; a slider arranged in the inner space of the door, combined integrally with one side of the latch bolt, and advancing and retreating in interlock with the operation cam to make the latch bolt advance and retreat; an elastic spring arranged between the operation cam and the slider and pushing the slider in one direction so that the latch bolt protrudes out of the door; and a housing of a separate type box structure for receiving the latch bolt, the operation cam, the slider and the elastic spring therein and interlocking them with one another, and having a fitting type assembly structure of the components.
본 발명은 도어 레버록용 무볼팅 래치어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 별도의 결합부재(스크루볼트 등)가 필요없이도 하우징의 합치조립이 가능하고 또한 구성요소(연계부품)의 간소화를 통한 작동성 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 도어 레버록용 무볼팅 래치어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레버가 위치한 도어 일단부로부터 튀어나와 문닫힘시 문잠김상태가 유지되도록 하되, 상기 레버의 사용자 조작시 상기 도어 안으로 전부수용되는 후퇴작용으로 문잠김상태가 해제되도록 하는 래치볼트; 상기 래치볼트와 근접한 상기 도어 내부공간에 배치된 상태로, 상기 레버 작동에 연관하여 선택적 양방향 회전작용을 하는 작동캠; 상기 도어 내부공간에 더 배치되고 상기 래치볼트 일측에 일체로 결합된 상태로, 상기 작동캠 회전작용과 연관한 진퇴작용으로 상기 래치볼트가 진퇴되도록 하는 슬라이더; 상기 작동캠과 상기 슬라이더 사이에 배치된 상태로, 상기 슬라이더를 일방향으로 밀어내어 상기 래치볼트가 상기 도어 외부로 튀어나오도록 하는 탄성스프링; 및, 상기 래치볼트, 작동캠, 슬라이더, 탄성스프링의 상호연계 및 내재수용을 위한 분리형 박스구조체이되, 분리품간 끼워 맞춤식 조립구조를 이루는 하우징;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
