The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing device for a building. The present invention is used to closely attach a corner part where a wall insulation material and a ceiling insulation material meet to a corner mold. The present invention comprises: a vertical fixing body (30); guide ribs (31, 32); a lifting plate (40); an upper locking pin (33); a lower locking pin (42); an preload spring (50); a slide pin (61); a vertical guide slot hole (34); an elastic clip (70); a horizontal fixing body (80); a dovetail protrusion (35); a dovetail groove (81); a cutting unit (35g); and a stopper (82). The present invention can prevent opening or separation from an insulation material during concrete deposition.
본 발명은 벽면단열재와 천장단열재가 만나는 코너부위를 코너거푸집에 밀착시키는데 이용하는 건축용 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 코너거푸집(20)에 형성된 수직패널(21)을 향해 벽면단열재(23)를 밀착시키는 수직고정체(30); 수직고정체(30)의 내측 벽면에 형성되고, 수직안내홈(31g)(32g)을 갖는 가이드리브(31)(32); 수직안내홈(31g)(32g)를 따라 미끄러지고, 하단에 멈춤턱(41)이 형성되는 승강판(40); 수직고정체(30)의 내측에 형성되는 상부걸림핀(33); 승강판(40)에 형성되는 하부걸림핀(42); 상부걸림핀(33)과 하부걸림핀(42)에 걸리는 예압스프링(50); 스크류(60)의 단부에 형성되고, 환형브이홈(61g)을 갖는 슬라이드핀(61); 슬라이드핀(61)에 의해 수직고정체(30)를 안내하는 수직안내장공(34); 환형브이홈(61g)에 걸려서 승강판(40)과 슬라이드핀(61)을 상호 연결하는 탄성클립(70); 코너거푸집(20)에 형성된 수평패널(22)을 향해 천장단열재(24)를 밀착시키는 수평고정체(80); 수직고정체(30)의 상부에 형성되는 더브테일돌기(35); 더브테일돌기(35)와 결합되어 수평고정체(80)를 수평방향으로 안내하는 더브테일홈(81); 더브테일돌기(35)에 형성되는 커팅부(35g); 및 더브테일홈(81)에 형성되어 커팅부(35g)의 안쪽에 걸리는 스토퍼(82)를 포함해서 구성된다.
