A CURTAIN WALL ASSEMBLY FOR EASY TO INSULATION AND ASSEMBLE
The present invention relates to a curtain wall assembly easily insulated and assembled, including: a main frame having a fitting rail on one side; a connecting frame in which a coupling piece-guiding first guiding unit is formed on one side and a T-shaped fitting portion is formed on the other side for sliding coupling with respect to the fitting rail of the main frame; an in-cap frame coupled to one side of the connecting frame; and an out-cap frame coupled to one surface of the in-cap frame. The main frame, the connecting frame, and the in-cap frame are made of two types of materials in which a synthetic resin material is extruded to the outside with respect to a metal frame and a metal plate material as cores so that a heat bridge phenomenon can be prevented and rigidity can be improved without requiring a separate intermediate member, convection space portion, or heat insulating material. The connecting frame further includes a T-shaped metal frame disposed at the core of the T-shaped fitting portion. The T-shaped metal frame is formed in a second guiding portion on one side so that the coupling piece can be bound through the first guiding unit.
본 발명은 단열성 및 조립이 용이한 커튼월 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 일측에 끼움레일이 형성되는 주프레임;과, 타측에는 상기 주프레임의 끼움레일에 슬라이딩 결합되는 "T"형 끼움부가 형성되고, 일측에는 결합피스를 안내하기 위한 제 1안내부가 형성되는 연결프레임;과, 상기 연결프레임의 일측에 결합되는 인캡프레임; 및 상기 인캡프레임의 일면에 결합되는 아웃캡프레임;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 주프레임과, 연결프레임 및 인캡프레임은 별도의 중간부재, 대류 공간부나 단열재가 필요치 않으면서 열교 현상을 방지하고 강성을 증대시키기 위해 금속프레임과 금속판재를 코어로 하여 외측으로 합성수지재를 압출시킨 2종 재질로 이루어지고, 상기 연결프레임은 "T"형 끼움부의 코어에 배치되는 "T"형 금속프레임을 더 포함하고, 상기 "T"형 금속프레임은 일측에 제 2안내부에 형성되어 결합피스가 제 1안내부를 거쳐 결속될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
