According to the present invention, in an artificial turf structure with an antimicrobial and deodorizing function and a manufacturing method of inside yarn of artificial turf, wherein the artificial turf structure comprises: bubble paper having a base layer composed of polypropylene, a hydrate layer stacked on the base layer with high hydrate resin as a valid component, and a felt layer stacked on the hydrate layer; turf having outside yarn formed for a turf pile to be transplanted on the bubble paper by a tufting method and inside yarn formed in the outside yarn, and coated with adsorbent powder on a surface thereof; and a filling material filled in the turf.
본 발명에 따른 항균 및 탈취 기능을 구비한 인조 잔디 구조체 및 인조 잔디 속사의 제조 방법으로서, 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 베이스층과, 상기 베이스층에 적층되는 것으로서 고함수성 수지를 유효 성분으로 하는 함수층 및, 상기 함수층에 적층되는 부직포층을 포함하는 기포지; 터프팅 방식에 의해 상기 기포지에 잔디 파일이 식모되어 형성된 겉사와, 상기 겉사의 사이에 형성된 것으로서 표면에 흡착성 분말이 코팅된 속사를 포함하는 잔디; 상기 잔디 사이에 충진된 충진재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
