Eco-friendly polyurethane elastic packaging manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing eco-friendly polyurethane elastic packaging material. More specifically, the present invention relates to an elastic packaging material, and a manufacturing method, wherein the material has a photovoltaic heat blocker with excellent infrared radiation efficiency disposed on a surface of the material, thereby providing excellent heat blocking performance and significantly improving physical properties such as watertight, ventilation, tensile strength, elongation rates, durability, and adhesion. Moreover, the manufacturing method comprises: a step S1 of manufacturing an urethane binder; a step S2 of manufacturing a polyurethane resin; a step S3 of forming a lower portion layer; and a step S4 of forming an upper portion layer.
본 발명은 친환경 폴리우레탄 탄성포장재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 표면에 적외선 방사 효율이 우수한 태양광 차열재가 배치됨으로써 차열 성능이 우수함은 물론, 방수, 통기성, 인장강도, 신장률, 내구성, 접착력 등의 물성을 현저히 개선할 수 있는 탄성포장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing eco-friendly polyurethane elastic packaging material.
