Method for constructing insulation materials
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a plurality of insulators at a construction location at the same time, and more specifically, to a method for constructing insulators that a plurality of insulators formed into one plate are attached to a wall body using an assembly frame assembled in a lattice type, so that the plurality of insulators are attached in uniform smoothness. The method for constructing insulators comprises: an insulator assembling step of manufacturing an insulation panel in which a plurality of insulators are combined into one plate using an assembly frame assembled in a lattice type; an adhesion member coating device installing step of installing an adhesion member coating device so that a spray part and a smoothness part move from one side to the other side in the right and left direction of the construction location; an adhesion member spraying and smoothening step of moving the spray part from one side to the other side of the construction location while coating the adhesion member and moving the smoothening part along the spray part to smoothen the surface of the coated adhesion member; and an insulation panel adhering step of adhering the insulation panel at the construction location.
본 발명은 시공위치에 복수 개의 단열재를 동시에 시공하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 격자형태로 조립되는 조립 프레임을 이용하여 복수 개의 단열재를 하나의 판재로 형성한 상태로 벽체에 부착하여 시공함에 따라, 복수 개의 단열재가 균일한 평활도를 갖는 상태로 부착되는 단열재 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 시공위치에 복수 개의 단열재를 시공하는 방법에 있어서, 격자 형태로 조립이 이루어지는 조립 프레임을 이용하여 복수 개의 단열재가 하나의 판재로 결합된 단열패널을 제조하는 단열재 조립단계; 분사부 및 평탄화부가 상기 시공위치의 좌우방향 일측에서 타측으로 이동되도록 접착부재 도포장치를 설치하는 접착부재 도포장치 설치단계; 상기 분사부가 접착부재를 도포하면서 상기 시공위치의 일측에서 타측으로 이동하도록 동작시킴과 동시에 상기 평탄화부가 상기 분사부를 따라 이동되면서 도포된 접착부재의 표면 평탄화가 이루어지도록 하는 접착부재 분사 및 평탄화 단계; 및 상기 단열패널을 상기 시공위치에 부착하는 단열패널 부착단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
