Screen for removing contaminants with spring cap embedded rake
The present invention relates to a screen for removing impurities with a rake having a spring cap embedded therein. More specifically, the present invention is formed to be inclined upwards from the bottom of a drainage path to filter out impurities included in inflow water introduced from the front. A driving motor having a pair of driving chains connected to an upper surface of a main body frame coupled with a comb-shaped screen to discharge the filtered water, from which impurities are filtered, to the rear side is provided. A rake is installed on the front surface of thereof to be guided by the driving chains to be upwardly and downwardly transferred, and to tow and remove impurities caught on the screen. A shock absorbing function is performed by a spring cap mounted on the rake. The abrasion and bending of the rake and screen are prevented. Thus, it is possible to improve collection efficiency of impurities. Since the spring cap in which a spring is inserted and mounted may be separated in a cover shape, spring replacement is easy. The strength of the spring is constantly maintained by a vertical compression operation. By the spring cap covering the spring, the life span of the spring is extended. Due to the uniform pressure of the spring, rake buffering is constant, so that it is possible to accurately collect impurities even in a gap of a fine screen.
본 발명은 스프링캡 내장형 레이크를 구비한 협잡물 제거용 스크린에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 배수로의 바닥으로부터 상향경사지게 형성되어 전방에서 유입되는 유입수에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내고 협잡물이 걸러진 여과수가 후방으로 배출되게 하는 빗살 형태의 스크린이 결합된 본체프레임 상부면에 한 쌍의 구동체인이 연결된 구동모터가 장착되고, 그 전면부에 구동체인에 의해 상, 하 이송 안내되며 상기 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 인양 제거하는 레이크가 설치되되, 상기 레이크에 장착되는 스프링캡에 의하여 협잡물 인양시 완충역할을 하므로 레이크 및 스크린의 마모와 휨 현상을 방지하여 협잡물의 수거효율을 높이고, 스프링이 삽입 장착되는 스프링캡의 구조가 덮개형으로 분리가 가능하므로 스프링 교체가 용이하며, 수직형 압축작동에 의하여 스프링의 강도를 일정하게 유지하도록 하고 스프링을 덮고 있는 스프링캡에 의하여 스프링의 수명이 길어질 뿐만 아니라 스프링의 균등한 압력에 의하여 레이크 완충이 일정하여 미세한 스크린의 간극에도 정확한 협잡물 수거가 가능한 스프링캡 내장형 레이크를 구비한 협잡물 제거용 스크린에 관한 것이다.
