Lightweight sidewalk block with water permeability and water holding capacity
The present invention provides a lightweight sidewalk block with water permeability and water holding capacity, which is manufactured by applying industrial waste limestone and bottom ash, and agricultural waste rice husk ash as main composition elements. Therefore, the lightweight sidewalk block has environmentally friendly feature, lightness, permeability, and water holding capacity only by the composition elements without additional skills in construction or a structure. A mixture inputted into a mold and compressed to manufacture the lightweight sidewalk block of the present invention comprises: 40-50 vol% of waste limestone with 3-5mm of grain diameter; 20-35 vol% of bottom ash with 3-10mm of grain diameter; 5-8 vol% of rice husk ash; 10-15 vol% of blast furnace slag cement based inorganic bonding material; and 6-12 vol% of water.
본 발명은 산업폐기물인 폐석회석, 산업부산물인 바텀애시 및 농업폐기물인 왕겨재를 주요 구성 요소로 적용하여 제조함으로써, 시공상 또는 구조상 부가되는 기술 없이 구성 요소들의 특징만으로도 친환경성, 경량성, 투수성 및 보수성을 함께 확보할 수 있는 경량 보도블록에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「입경 3~5mm의 폐석회석 40~50vol%; 입경 3~10mm의 바텀애시 20~35vol%; 왕겨재 5~8vol%; 고로슬래그 시멘트계 무기결합재 10~15vol%; 및 물 6~12vol%; 를 혼합한 조성물을 형틀에 넣고 압착시켜 제조한 투수성과 보수성을 함께 구비한 경량 보도블록」을 제공한다.

The present invention provides a lightweight sidewalk block with water permeability and water holding capacity, which is manufactured by applying industrial waste limestone and bottom ash, and agricultural waste rice husk ash as main composition elements.
