SOUND ABSORPTIVE SOUNDPROOF PANEL OF INTEGRAL HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
The present invention relates to a high intensity polyethylene absorbing soundproof panel, manufacturing a soundproof panel connector by allowing the soundproof panel stacked between struts on a road to be thermally fused in two or more transverse directions where fusing members are integrally formed, and installed with a length corresponding to a gap between one strut and the other strut in case of construction. A front surface portion has a plurality of suction holes, and both side portions and a rear surface portion have a sealing type. Moreover, a plurality of first partition panels are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the interior so that a plurality of soundproof chambers can be formed at equal intervals. In addition, the fusing members can be formed on both side portions.
본 발명은 도로상의 지주와 지주사이에 적층되는 방음판넬이 융착부재가 일체로 형성된 2개 이상의 가로방향으로 열융착되어 방음판넬 연결체를 제작될 수 있도록 함과 시공시 지주와 지주 사이에 대응되는 길이로 설치가 가능하도록 하는 일체형 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 흡음 방음판넬에 관한 것으로서, 전면부에 다수 개의 흡입공이 형성되면서 양측부 및 후면부는 밀폐된 형태를 가지며, 내부의 세로방향으로 흡음실이 등간격의 다수 개로 형성되도록 다수 개의 제1구획판이 배치되고, 상기 양측부 각각에 융착부재가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기술적 과제를 가지고 있다.
