OFFSHORE WASTE LANDFILL MAINTAINING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method to repair a waterproof sheet of an offshore waste landfill, capable of repairing damage to the waterproof sheet with a steel pipe pile when the waterproof sheet is damaged in the offshore waste landfill constructed by stacking a permeable layer, a non-permeable layer, the waterproof sheet, and a waste layer. According to the present invention, the method to maintain a waterproof sheet of an offshore waste landfill to stack the permeable layer (L1), the non-permeable layer (L2), the waterproof sheet, and the waste layer (L3) comprises: a step (a) of penetrating the waste layer (L3) and the waterproof sheet to install a casing up to the top of the non-permeable layer (L2); a step (b) of penetrating the waste layer (L3) and the waterproof sheet to install an outer steel pipe pile inside the casing up to the non-permeable layer (L2) lower than the casing; a step (c) of penetrating the waste layer (L3), the waterproof sheet, and the non-permeable layer (L2) to install an inner steel pipe pile inside the outer steel pipe pile up to the permeable layer (L1), excavating the inside of the inner steel pipe pile to cut the damaged waterproof sheet, and excavating the non-permeable layer (L2) directly under the damaged waterproof sheet; and a step (d) of replacing a space formed by excavating the non-permeable layer directly under the waterproof sheet and the damaged waterproof sheet to fill the space with a repairing material, and inserting excavated soil into the upper part of the repairing material inside the inner steel pipe pile.
투수층, 불투수층, 차수시트, 폐기물층으로 적층 시공된 해상처분장에 있어 차수시트 손상이 발생한 경우 이를 강관파일로 보수할 수 있는 해상처분장 차수시트 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 투수층(L1), 불투수층(L2), 차수시트, 폐기물층(L3)이 적층된 해상처분장 차수시트 보수방법으로서, (a) 케이싱을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트를 관통하여, 불투수층(L2)의 상단까지 시공하는 단계; (b) 상기 케이싱 내측에 외부 강관파일을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트를 관통하여, 케이싱보다 더 하방으로 불투수층(L2)까지 시공하는 단계; (c) 상기 외부 강관파일 내측에 내부 강관파일을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트, 불투수층(L2)을 관통하여 투수층(L1)까지 시공하면서 내부 강관파일의 내측을 굴착하여 손상된 차수시트를 커팅하면서 손상된 차수시트 직 하부 불투수층(L2)이 굴착되도록 하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 차수시트 직 하부 불투수층이 굴착된 공간과 손상된 차수시트를 대체하여 충전되도록 하며, 내부 강관파일 내부에 보수재 상부로 굴착토를 매입하는 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a method to repair a waterproof sheet of an offshore waste landfill, capable of repairing damage to the waterproof sheet with a steel pipe pile when the waterproof sheet is damaged in the offshore waste landfill constructed by stacking a permeable layer, a non-permeable layer, the waterproof sheet, and a waste layer. According to the present invention, the method to maintain a waterproof sheet of an offshore waste landfill to stack the permeable layer (L1), the non-permeable layer (L2), the waterproof sheet, and the waste layer (L3) comprises: a step (a) of penetrating the waste layer (L3) and the waterproof sheet to install a casing up to the top of the non-permeable layer (L2); a step (b) of penetrating the waste layer (L3) and the waterproof sheet to install an outer steel pipe pile inside the casing up to the non-permeable layer (L2) lower than the casing; a step (c) of penetrating the waste layer (L3), the waterproof sheet, and the non-permeable layer (L2) to install an inner steel pipe pile inside the outer steel pipe pile up to the permeable layer (L1), excavating the inside of the inner steel pipe pile to cut the damaged waterproof sheet, and excavating the non-permeable layer (L2) directly under the damaged waterproof sheet; and a step (d) of replacing a space formed by excavating the non-permeable layer directly under the waterproof sheet and the damaged waterproof sheet to fill the space with a repairing material, and inserting excavated soil into the upper part of the repairing material inside the inner steel pipe pile.
투수층, 불투수층, 차수시트, 폐기물층으로 적층 시공된 해상처분장에 있어 차수시트 손상이 발생한 경우 이를 강관파일로 보수할 수 있는 해상처분장 차수시트 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 투수층(L1), 불투수층(L2), 차수시트, 폐기물층(L3)이 적층된 해상처분장 차수시트 보수방법으로서, (a) 케이싱을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트를 관통하여, 불투수층(L2)의 상단까지 시공하는 단계; (b) 상기 케이싱 내측에 외부 강관파일을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트를 관통하여, 케이싱보다 더 하방으로 불투수층(L2)까지 시공하는 단계; (c) 상기 외부 강관파일 내측에 내부 강관파일을 폐기물층(L3), 차수시트, 불투수층(L2)을 관통하여 투수층(L1)까지 시공하면서 내부 강관파일의 내측을 굴착하여 손상된 차수시트를 커팅하면서 손상된 차수시트 직 하부 불투수층(L2)이 굴착되도록 하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 차수시트 직 하부 불투수층이 굴착된 공간과 손상된 차수시트를 대체하여 충전되도록 하며, 내부 강관파일 내부에 보수재 상부로 굴착토를 매입하는 단계;를 포함한다.
