Reforming concrete composition with preventing deterioration and salt-damage
The present invention provides a reforming concrete composition excellent in preventing deterioration and salt damage, which is obtained by the following steps: adding 10 to 20 parts by weight of seed latex, 30 to 40 parts by weight of polybutadiene latex, 20 to 50 parts by weight of acrylonitrile monomer, 10 to 30 parts by weight of styrene monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of an acrylate monomer, 3 to 8 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 2 to 5 parts by weight of a reaction initiator, and 1 to 15 parts by weight of an additive into a reactor; and performing emulsion polymerization and a grafting reaction at 0.2 to 0.5 atm and at the temperature of 35 to 55°C for 4 to 8 hours.
본 발명은 시드(seed) 라텍스 10~20 중량부, 폴리부타디엔 라텍스 30~40 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 모노머 20~50 중량부, 스티렌 모노머 10~30 중량부, 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 2~8 중량부, 아크릴레이트 단량체 2~8 중량부, 유화제 3~8 중량부, 반응개시제 2~5 중량부, 및 첨가제 1~15 중량부를 반응기에 일괄 투입하여, 0.2~0.5 기압, 35~55℃의 조건에서 4~8 시간 동안 유화중합 및 그라프트 반응시켜 합성시켜서 제조된 열화방지 및 염해방지에 우수한 개질 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
