In order to improve assembly convenience and structural stability, the present invention provides an assembly-type hand rail using a reinforced fastener, including a plurality of reinforced plastic-based vertical pillar portions arranged in multiple stages so as to be spaced apart from each other along a preset boundary area, the lower end portion of each being fixed to the bottom portion of the boundary area; a plurality of reinforced plastic-based horizontal braces divided at or below a preset support limit length, having a through hole for penetration and insertion of the vertical pillar portion, installed to connect at least two of the vertical pillar portions that are disposed to be adjacent to each other, and having a fastening hole to penetrate both side walls of a connecting end portion divided along the support limit length; and a reinforced plastic-based reinforced fastener formed so as to surround a pair of connecting end portions disposed to be adjacent to each other in the horizontal braces, having a communication hole corresponding to the fastening hole of each of the connecting end portions, and coupled to the connecting end portion by fixing means for restraining the communication hole and the fastening hole.
