A Composition for Reinforcing Soft Ground and Restoring Disparity Sinking Construction Comprising Urethane for Solidifying Ground and complex Construction Methods Using aforesaid Composition and Cement grouting
The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing a soft ground and restoring a subsided structure consisting of: a polyol compound of 10 to 30 parts by weight; an isocyanate compound of 5 to 20 parts by weight; glycidyl methacrylate-based resin of 5 to 30 parts by weight; calcium sulfo-aluminate of 3 to 20 parts by weight; an amine compound of 3 to 15 parts by weight; fiber of 1 to 15 parts by weight; a surfactant of 1 to 10 parts by weight; a dispersing agent of 1 to 10 parts by weight; a bonding agent of 2 to 20 parts by weight; silicate of 1 to 10 parts by weight; and nano ceramic particles of 3 to 15 parts by weight, based on hydrophobic resin of 100 parts by weight. The composition for reinforcing the soft ground and restoring a subsided structure according to the present invention can complete reinforcing work and restoring work of the ground within a short period of time through a simple construction using boring since including urethane for solidifying the ground.
본 발명은 친유성 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리올 화합물 10 내지 30중량부; 이소시아네이트 화합물 5 내지 20중량부; 글리시딜메타크릴레이트계 수지 5 내지 30중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 3 내지 20중량부; 아민 화합물 3 내지 15중량부; 파이버 1 내지 15중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 결합제 2 내지 20중량부; 실리케이트 1 내지 10중량부; 및 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원제 조성물은 지반 고결용 우레탄 등이 포함되어, 천공을 이용한 간단한 시공으로 짧은 시간에 보강 및 복원작업을 완료할 수 있도록 하는 것에 효과가 있다.
