Assembly-type gutter system with membrane re-tension device
The present invention relates to a prefabricated gutter system applying a membrane retensioning device, capable of easily draining rainwater dropped from a roof membrane while being easy to assemble and disassemble. According to the present invention, the prefabricated gutter system applying a membrane retensioning device comprises: a tubular support frame (105) fixed and installed on an outer wall; a tubular connection frame (107) fixed and installed to protrude from the upper surface of the tubular support frame (105), and having through-holes spaced at predetermined intervals; a locking step (111) spaced apart from the tubular connection frame (107) at a predetermined interval and fixed and installed to protrude from the upper surface of the tubular support frame (105); an auxiliary member (113) locking to the locking step (111) to be in contact with the side and bottom surfaces of the tubular support frame (105), and including a rubber plate (112) installed along an inner surface to absorb vibration and noise; a gutter support part (115) installed on the bottom surface of the auxiliary member (113) to support a gutter; the gutter (117) installed on the upper surface of the gutter support part (115) and a side surface of the auxiliary member (113) to send rainwater to a drain; and a gutter separation prevention part (119) locked to one end of the upper part of the gutter (117) to prevent separation of the gutter (117) and including a separation prevention guide hole with a predetermined interval.
본 발명은 조립 및 해제가 용이하면서도 지붕막으로 떨어지는 빗물을 용이하게 배수할 수 있도록 도와 주는 막 재인장 장치가 적용된 조립형 거터시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 외벽에 설치 고정되는 관형상의 지지프레임(105)과; 상기 관형상의 지지프레임(105)의 상면에 돌출되게 설치 고정되되, 일정간격을 두고 관통공을 구비하고 있는 관형상의 연결프레임(107)과; 상기 관형상의 연결프레임(107)으로부터 일정간격을 두고 관형상의 지지프레임(105)의 상면에 돌출되게 설치 고정되는 걸림턱(111)과; 상기 걸림턱(111)에 걸림되어 관형상의 지지프레임(105)의 측면 및 저면에 접촉되되, 내면을 따라 거터의 진동 소음을 흡수해 주는 고무판(112)이 설치되어 있는 보조부재(113)와; 상기 보조부재(113)의 저면에 설치되어 거터를 지지해 주는 거터지지부(115)와; 상기 거터지지부(115)의 상면 및 보조부재(113)의 측면에 설치되어 빗물을 배수구로 보내는 거터(117)와; 상기 거터(117)의 상부 일단에 걸림되어 거터(117)의 이탈을 방지해 주되, 일정간격을 두고 이탈방지가이드홀을 구비하고 있는 거터이탈방지부(119)를 포함한다.
