내지진 부재로 골격을 이루어 내지진성이 향상된 건축물 내벽을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 건축물 내벽은 복수개의 내지진 부재(210)를 포함하며 골격을 이루는 골격부(200); 및 상기 골격부(200)가 내부에 포함되도록 타설되어 이루어진 콘크리트부(300): 를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 내지진 부재로 건축물 내벽의 골격을 이루어 내지진성이 향상될 수 있으며, 내지진 부재의 내부에 냉난방 유체가 유동하도록 하여 냉난방성이 향상될 수 있고, 차음판이 구비되도록 하여 방음성이 향상될 수 있다.
PURPOSE: A building interior wall is provided to improve cooling and heating performance by allowing cooling and heating fluids to flow and to improve earthquake-proof properties by comprising an earthquake-proof member for the frame of an interior wall. CONSTITUTION: A building interior wall (100) comprises a frame part (200) for comprising a plurality of earthquake-proof members (210) and a concrete part (300). An earthquake-proof member is made of an earthquake-proof square steel pipe. One part of the earthquake-proof member is laterally positioned and the other part of the earthquake-proof member is longitudinally positioned in order to be connected between the laterally positioned earthquake-proof members. A soundproof panel (230) is equipped in one or more sides of front and rear sides in between the laterally positioned earthquake-proof members. A plurality of cooling and heating pipes (220) for allowing cooling and heating fluids to flow is equipped inside the earthquake-proof member to be connected to each other.
