CURTAIN WALL ASSEMBLY WITH IMPROVED INSULATION
The present invention relates to a curtain wall assembly with improved insulation performance, which can improve airtightness and insulation performance and increase structural rigidity. The curtain wall assembly according to the present invention comprises: a frame structure body having a main frame, an in-cap frame connected with the main frame by the medium of a connection member and glass groove lid members combined with both sides of the connection member; and a window structure having an inner fixing member combined with an end edge area of an inclined plane of glass and a window frame combined with the inner fixing member extending to an inner edge area of the glass. The glass groove lid member, which faces the glass, includes a thermal bridge blocking member extending to an area between the inner fixing member and the support frame to block interior air and exterior air. The frame structure includes a support frame fixed to the main frame to seal the interior from the exterior while coming in contact with an end portion of the window frame.
본 발명은 단열성능이 향상된 커튼월 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 주프레임과, 연결부재를 매개로 주프레임과 연결되는 인캡프레임과, 상기 연결부재의 양측면에 결합되는 유리홈마개부재로 구성되는 프레임 구조체; 및 글라스의 사면 말단 모서리 영역에 결합되는 내측고정부재와, 상기 글라스의 안쪽 모서리 영역으로 연장된 내측고정부재와 결합되는 창문프레임으로 구성되는 창 구조체;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 유리홈마개부재 중 글라스와 대면하는 유리홈마개부재는 내측고정부재와, 지지프레임의 사이 영역으로 연장되어 내/외기를 차단하는 열교차단부재를 더 포함하고, 상기 프레임 구조체는 상기 주프레임에 고정되어 창문프레임의 끝단부와 밀착되면서 실내/외가 밀폐될 수 있도록 하는 지지프레임을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
