The present invention relates to a device for spraying a coating curing compound for concrete pavement, which sprays a coating curing compound on a concrete surface paved on a road in a mist state, forms uniform coating by maintaining a spray nozzle in a wet condition, and prevents blockage of the spray nozzle. The device for spraying a coating curing compound for concrete pavement according to the present invention comprises: a body having rollers disposed at both sides and moving along rails disposed at both sides of concrete by a driving means; a curing compound tank disposed on the body to hold a curing compound; a cover mounted at the rear of the body; a plurality of curing compound nozzles mounted at a lower portion of the cover in a longitudinal direction at regular intervals to spray the curing compound on the concrete surface; and a first pump for supplying the curing compound stored in the curing compound tank to the curing compound nozzles. The curing compound nozzles are mist spray nozzles for spraying the curing compound in a mist state.
본 발명은 도로에 포장된 콘크리트 표면에 피막양생제를 미스트상태로 분사하며 분사노즐을 습윤상태로 유지시켜 균일한 피막을 형성하게 함과 함께 분사노즐의 막힘을 방지하도록 한 콘크리트 도로포장용 피막양생제 살포장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명은 양측에 롤러가 구비되어 구동수단에 의해 콘트리트 양측에 구비된 레일을 따라 이동하는 몸체와; 상기 몸체에 구비되어 양생제가 수용되는 양생제탱크와; 상기 몸체의 후방에 장착되는 커버와; 상기 커버의 하부에 길이방향에 따라 일정간격으로 장착되어 콘크리트 표면에 양생제를 살포하는 복수개의 양생제노즐과; 상기 양생제탱크에 수용된 양생제를 상기 양생제노즐에 공급하는 제1펌프;를 포함하되, 상기 양생제노즐은 양생제를 미스트상태로 분사하는 미스트분사노즐로 구성된 콘크리트 도로포장용 피막양생제 살포장치를 제공한다.
