본 발명은 법면녹화공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 볏짚을 숙성시킨 발효볏짚과 건계분을 활용하여 시공단가를 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 법면의 보호가 가능하도록 친환경 발효볏짚으로 제조된 배양토 기반의 식생기반재를 이용한 법면녹화공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 법면을 고르게 정리하여 다지는 다짐단계와, 법면 상에 식생기반재를 뿜어 붙이는 취부단계를 포함하는 법면녹화공법에 있어서, 취부단계에서의 식생기반재는 볏짚을 숙성시킨 발효볏짚과 건계분(乾鷄糞)을 7~9:1~3의 중량비로 혼합한 후 물, 종자 및 접착제가 첨가되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발효볏짚으로 제조된 배양토 기반의 식생기반재를 이용한 법면녹화공법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
