The present invention relates to a batcher plant for forming an aggregate, which comprises: an aggregate supply chamber supplying an aggregate; a cement supply chamber supplying cement; a water supply chamber supplying water; a transfer unit transferring the aggregate discharged from the aggregate supply chamber; a mixing chamber communicating with the transfer unit, the cement supply chamber, and the water supply chamber and receiving the aggregate, cement, water, and admixtures to manufacture remicon; and a control unit controlling the transfer unit, cement supply chamber, water supply chamber, and mixing chamber. Accordingly, a raw material can be molded to enable aggregates suitable for a remicon material to be directly supplied, and the remicon can be manufactured by using the same.
본 발명은 골재 성형이 가능한 배처 플랜트에 관한 것으로, 골재를 공급하는 골재공급챔버; 시멘트를 공급하는 시멘트공급챔버; 물을 공급하는 물공급챔버; 상기 골재공급챔버로부터 배출되는 골재를 이송시키는 이송부; 상기 이송부, 시멘트공급챔버, 및 물공급챔버와 연통되어 상기 골재, 시멘트, 물 및 혼화제를 공급받아 레미콘을 제조하는 믹싱챔버; 및 상기 이송부, 시멘트공급챔버, 물공급챔버 및 믹싱챔버를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 원재료를 성형하여 레미콘의 제료에 적합한 골재를 직접적으로 공급할 수 있고, 이를 이용하여 레미콘을 제조할 수 있다.
