본 발명은 EPS로 제조된 조립식 모듈, 조립식 모듈을 이용한 조립식 주택 및 조립식 주택 시공방법에 대한 발명으로서, 본 발명의 조립식 모듈은 발포된 폴리스틸렌으로 형성되며, 다면체로 형성된 블록, 상기 블록 일면에 형성된 외면, 상기 외면의 상대면에 형성된 내면, 상기 외면 및 내면 사이에 형성되며, 블록 양측에 형성된 제1심재홈, 및 제2심재홈을 포함하는 조립식 모듈을 형성하며, 본 발명의 조립식 주택은 지면에 설치되며 평면을 형성하는 기초판, 상기 기초판에 설치되며, 복수로 형성되는 심재, 상기 심재 사이에 결합되는 블록을 포함하는 조립식 주택으로 형성된다.
