The present invention relates to a system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank. The system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank includes a base liner and a pair of panel liners, which are integrally fused and bonded along a route line, thereby securing durability and being easy to clean due to flatness of the bonded part. Especially, the system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank includes a base liner (10), an insulation sheet (20), panel liners (30), and a route line (40) in order to prevent potential corrosion caused by contact of different metals by insulating between a reinforcing bar of a concrete tank inner wall and the base liner. Therefore, the system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank according to the present invention can secure durability and prevent cracks by water pressure, and is easy to clean due to flatness of the bonded part since the base liner and the pair of panel liners are integrally fused and bonded along the route line. Moreover, the system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank can extend the lifespan of the liners by preventing potential corrosion caused by contact of different metals when the base liner and the pair of panel liners are integrally fused and bonded since insulating screw anchors are planted in the inner surface, for instance, the wall, the floor, the ceiling, or the like, of the concrete tank at regular intervals to insulate from the reinforcing bar in concrete by the insulating screw anchors and the base liner is fastened to the insulating screw anchors by anchor bolts to provide a perfect insulation.
본 발명은 콘크리트 탱크 내부면 패널라이닝 용접고정 시스템에 관련되며, 이때 콘크리트 탱크 내부면 패널라이닝 용접고정 시스템은 루트라인을 따라 베이스라이너와 한 쌍의 패널라이너가 일체로 용융접합되어 내구성이 확보되면서 접합부 평탄도로 인해 세척이 용이하고, 특히 콘크리트 탱크 내벽의 철근과 베이스라이너 사이가 절연처리 되어 이종금속 접촉에 의한 전위부식을 방지하기 위해 베이스라이너(10), 절연시트(20), 패널라이너(30), 루트라인(40)을 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다. 이에 본 발명은 루트라인을 따라 베이스라이너와 한 쌍의 패널라이너가 일체로 용융접합되어 내구성이 확보되면서 수압에 의한 크랙이 방지됨과 더불어 접합부 평탄도로 인해 세척이 용이한 효과가 있다. 그리고, 콘트리트 탱크 내부 면(벽,바닥,천정 등)에 일정한 간격으로 절연칼블록을 심어 콘트리트 내부의 철근과 절연칼블록에 의한 절연처리하고, 절연칼블록에 베이스라이너를 앙카볼트로 체결하여 완전히 절연처리하므로, 베이스라이너와 한 쌍의 패널라이너를 일체로 용접 접합시 이종금속 접촉에 의한 전위부식이 방지되어 라이너 수명 연장을 도모하는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank. The system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank includes a base liner and a pair of panel liners, which are integrally fused and bonded along a route line, thereby securing durability and being easy to clean due to flatness of the bonded part. Especially, the system for welding and fixing a panel lining on an inner surface of a concrete tank includes a base liner (10), an insulation sheet (20), panel liners (30), and a route line (40) in order to prevent potential corrosion caused by contact of different metals by insulating between a reinforcing bar of a concrete tank inner wall and the base liner.
