FIXING APPARATUS FOR BRACKET AND DECK STRUCTURE USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a bracket fixing apparatus and a deck structure using the same that are capable of removing difficulties in construction, a relatively long period of working time, and increment in installation cost according to purchase of bolts and screws, because a deck and square pipes are generally fixed to each other by means of bolts, screws, and nails. According to the present invention, a bracket fixing apparatus includes: a bracket fixing clip (140) having wing portions (142) bent on both sides of a rectangular body (141) and fitting portions (143) formed semicircularly on the ends of the wing portions (142); and a bracket fixing spring (150) having a body (151) fitted to the fitting portions (143) of the bracket fixing clip (140) in a longitudinal direction thereof, spring portions (152) formed circularly on both sides of the body (151), and ′ㄱ′-shaped locking portions (153) bent on the ends of the spring portions (152) in such a manner as to be fitted to H-beam bases (130). Accordingly, the present invention is simple and easy in construction and disassembling, drastically reduces the working time and installation cost, and enhances price and product competitiveness with the products made by other companies.
본 발명은 브라켓 고정 장치 및 이를 이용한 데크 구조물에 관한 것으로, 볼트나 나사, 못 등을 이용하여 데크와 사각파이프를 고정하기 때문에 시공이 어려우면서 작업시간이 많이 소요되고, 볼트와 나사 구입에 따른 설치비용이 증가하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 브라켓 고정 장치는, 사각형 몸체부(141)의 양쪽에 구부러져 형성된 날개부(142)와, 상기 날개부(142)의 끝에 반원형으로 형성된 끼움부(143)로 구성된 브라켓 고정 클립(140); 상기 브라켓 고정 클립(140)의 끼움부(142)에 길이 방향으로 끼워 설치하는 몸체부(151)와, 상기 몸체부(151)의 양쪽에 원형으로 구부러져 형성된 스프링부(152)와, 상기 스프링부(152)의 끝에 구부러져 형성되며 상기 H빔 구조의 받침대(130) 사이에 끼워 설치하는 'ㄱ'자 모양의 걸쇠부(153)로 구성된 브라켓 고정 스프링(150);을 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 따르면, 시공 및 분해가 간단하고 용이하여 작업시간과 설치비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있고, 타사 제품과의 가격 및 제품 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.
