PROTRUDING LANE CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a protruding lane spraying apparatus and a lane spraying method using the same. More specifically, the protruding lane spraying apparatus comprises: a frame combined with the front of a driving unit (90); a discharging unit having a first hopper disposed at one side of the front of the frame to store first paint therein, and having a first outlet formed at a lower portion, a paint supply pipe mounted to communicate with the first outlet of the first hopper and extending to the front center of the frame, and a paint discharging member for pressurizing and discharging the first paint supplied through the paint supply pipe in a vertically downward direction; a main spray unit having a second hopper disposed on the frame to store second paint therein, and having a second outlet formed at a lower portion, and a first paint spray member mounted to communicate with the second outlet of the second hopper to spray the second paint supplied through the second hopper toward the surface of the road; and an auxiliary spray unit having paint tanks, which are disposed at both sides of the second hopper, store third paint therein, and have third outlets at their lower portions, and a second paint spray member mounted to communicate with the third outlet of the paint tank to spray the third paint supplied through the paint tanks toward the surface of the road. The third paint sprayed from the second paint spray member is sprayed to be overlapped on both sides of the second paint sprayed from the first paint spray member.
본 발명은 돌출형 스프레이 차선 시공장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 구동부(90)의 전방에 결합되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 전방 일 측에 구비되며 내부에 제1도료가 저장되고 하부에 제1배출구가 형성되는 제1호퍼, 상기 제1호퍼의 제1배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 프레임의 전방 중앙으로 연장되는 도료공급관 및 상기 도료공급관을 통해 공급되는 제1도료를 연직 하방으로 압력을 가하여 토출시키는 도료토출부재를 포함하는 토출시공부; 상기 프레임에 구비되며 내부에 제2도료가 저장되고 하부에 제2배출구가 형성되는 제2호퍼 및 상기 제2호퍼의 제2배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 제2호퍼를 통해 공급되는 제2도료를 노면으로 분사하는 제1도료분사부재를 포함하는 메인분사시공부; 및 상기 제2호퍼의 양 측에 각각 구비되며 내부에 제3도료가 저장되고 하부에 제3배출구가 형성되는 도료탱크 및 상기 도료탱크의 제3배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 도료탱크를 통해 공급되는 제3도료를 노면으로 분사하는 제2도료분사부재를 포함하는 보조분사시공부를 포함하되, 상기 제2도료분사부재에서 분사되는 제3도료는 적어도 상기 제1도료분사부재에서 분사되는 제2도료의 양측 일부에 적층되도록 분사되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a protruding lane spraying apparatus and a lane spraying method using the same. More specifically, the protruding lane spraying apparatus comprises: a frame combined with the front of a driving unit (90); a discharging unit having a first hopper disposed at one side of the front of the frame to store first paint therein, and having a first outlet formed at a lower portion, a paint supply pipe mounted to communicate with the first outlet of the first hopper and extending to the front center of the frame, and a paint discharging member for pressurizing and discharging the first paint supplied through the paint supply pipe in a vertically downward direction; a main spray unit having a second hopper disposed on the frame to store second paint therein, and having a second outlet formed at a lower portion, and a first paint spray member mounted to communicate with the second outlet of the second hopper to spray the second paint supplied through the second hopper toward the surface of the road; and an auxiliary spray unit having paint tanks, which are disposed at both sides of the second hopper, store third paint therein, and have third outlets at their lower portions, and a second paint spray member mounted to communicate with the third outlet of the paint tank to spray the third paint supplied through the paint tanks toward the surface of the road. The third paint sprayed from the second paint spray member is sprayed to be overlapped on both sides of the second paint sprayed from the first paint spray member.
본 발명은 돌출형 스프레이 차선 시공장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 구동부(90)의 전방에 결합되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 전방 일 측에 구비되며 내부에 제1도료가 저장되고 하부에 제1배출구가 형성되는 제1호퍼, 상기 제1호퍼의 제1배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 프레임의 전방 중앙으로 연장되는 도료공급관 및 상기 도료공급관을 통해 공급되는 제1도료를 연직 하방으로 압력을 가하여 토출시키는 도료토출부재를 포함하는 토출시공부; 상기 프레임에 구비되며 내부에 제2도료가 저장되고 하부에 제2배출구가 형성되는 제2호퍼 및 상기 제2호퍼의 제2배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 제2호퍼를 통해 공급되는 제2도료를 노면으로 분사하는 제1도료분사부재를 포함하는 메인분사시공부; 및 상기 제2호퍼의 양 측에 각각 구비되며 내부에 제3도료가 저장되고 하부에 제3배출구가 형성되는 도료탱크 및 상기 도료탱크의 제3배출구와 연통되도록 설치되어 상기 도료탱크를 통해 공급되는 제3도료를 노면으로 분사하는 제2도료분사부재를 포함하는 보조분사시공부를 포함하되, 상기 제2도료분사부재에서 분사되는 제3도료는 적어도 상기 제1도료분사부재에서 분사되는 제2도료의 양측 일부에 적층되도록 분사되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
