The present invention relates to a multifunctional composite contaminant blocking film which effectively blocks inflow of oil and contaminants, and has a storage unit for storing an oil adsorption pad, and enables oil removing operation to be performed by rapidly taking out the oil adsorption pad in emergency. The present invention comprises: a buoyancy unit (10) which is a high-strength composite oil blocking fabric obtained by thermally bonding a PVC fabric and a polyester fabric with a high strength adhesive to improve the blocking properties and durability of oil, has an openable and closable upper end part, has a plurality of through-holes (100) to be coupled with bolts and nuts, has multiple buoyancy bodies (11) embedded in an internal space, and has at least one oil adsorption pad storage unit (12) formed by a partition wall (12a) spaced apart at regular intervals to store an oil adsorption pad (120) in the internal space; an oil blocking canvas (20) which is connected to a lower end of the buoyancy unit (10) and is made of a high-strength composite oil blocking fabric which is the same as the buoyancy unit (10) to block inflow of oil on the surface of water; a contaminant blocking canvas (30) which is a high-strength high water permeable fabric with improved permeability and tear strength, and is connected to a lower end of the oil blocking canvas (20) to block inflow of contaminants under the surface of water; and a chain (40) which is embedded in a lower end of the contaminant blocking canvas (30) to maintain horizontality of the contaminant blocking canvas, and prevents the contaminant blocking canvas from being wrinkled and bent in water.
본 발명은 오일, 오탁물의 유입을 효과적으로 차단시킬 뿐만 아니라 유류흡착패드가 보관되는 보관부가 마련되어 유사시 신속하게 유류흡착패드를 꺼내 기름 제거작업을 할 수 있게 하는 다기능 복합 오염물질 차단막으로, 본 발명은 오일의 차단성과 내구성을 높이기 위해 PVC 원단과 폴리에스터(Polyester) 원단이 고강력 접착제로 열접착된 고강력 복합 오일차단 원단이며, 상단부는 개폐가능하고 볼트 및 너트로 결합되게 다수개의 통공(100)이 형성되며, 다수개의 부력체(11)가 내부 공간에 내장되고, 내부 공간에 유류흡착패드(120)가 보관될 수 있게 일정간격으로 이격된 격벽(12a)에 의해 형성되는 유류흡착패드 보관부(12)가 하나 이상 구비된 부력부(10); 상기 부력부(10)의 하단에 연결되어 수면 위의 오일 유입을 차단하도록 부력부(10)와 동일한 고강력 복합 오일차단 원단으로된 오일차단 캔버스(20); 투수성과 인열강도를 높인 고강력 고투수성 원단이며, 상기 오일차단 캔버스(20)의 하단에 연결되어 수면 아래의 오탁물 유입을 차단하는 오탁물차단 캔버스(30); 상기 오탁물차단 캔버스(30)의 하단에 내장되어 오탁물 차단캔버스의 수평을 유지하며, 수중에서 오탁물차단 캔버스가 주름 및 굴곡이 발생되지 않도록 하는 체인(40)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
